SHIPPING POLICY

Please ensure all shipping details entered are correct before payment for purchases.

Please allow up to 14 days for your order to be dispatched.

It is the purchaser's responsibility to provide an accurate address and contact information. You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number when your order has been processed. 

We use Australia Post for all deliveries.

DAMAGES

Please inspect your order upon receiving & contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Once item has been delivered we will not accept damage or issued items 4 weeks later.
