SHIPPING POLICY
Tiny Track Co ships from Queensland 🇦🇺
Processing Times - Orders are typically processed within 1–4 business days unless otherwise stated on the product listing. During launches, sales, or pre-order periods, processing times may be extended.
Shipping Rates - Standard Shipping $14 - Express Shipping $18
Tracking - All orders include tracking. Customers will receive tracking information via email once their order has been dispatched.
Delivery Timeframes - Delivery times may vary depending on your location and Australia Post. Once parcels have been dispatched, delivery timeframes are outside of our control.
Incorrect Address Information - Please ensure all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout. Tiny Track Co is not responsible for parcels delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
Lost or Delayed Parcels - Once a parcel has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery is managed by the postal service. While we will always do our best to assist, Tiny Track Co cannot guarantee delivery timeframes after dispatch
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Shipping Rates - International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, parcel size, and shipping service selected.
Delivery Timeframes - Delivery estimates may vary depending on your country, customs processing times, and local postal carriers. Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times are outside of our control.
Customs, Duties & Import Taxes - International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, tariffs, or processing fees once the parcel arrives in your country. These charges are set by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.
Tiny Track Co is not responsible for any customs charges, import taxes, tariffs, customs delays, or fees incurred on international orders.
Tracking - All international orders include tracking. Customers will receive tracking details via email once their order has been shipped.

Returned or Refused Parcels - If an international parcel is refused by the customer or returned due to unpaid customs/import fees, any return shipping costs and original shipping fees will be deducted from the refund amount.

DAMAGES
Please inspect your order upon receiving & contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Once item has been delivered we will not accept damage or issued items 4 weeks later.
